Today the budget for the year 2010-2011 will be announced by Mr. Pranab Mukherjee.with the economic recession now nearing its end,we may expect a budget which is more focussed on cutting the fiscal deficit and increasing the investor confidence in the economy.Funding for this years spending  will be from increased borrowing by the government as well as higher revenues from sales of government company stakes and 3G mobile licences to forestall the need for spending cuts.
